Job Description:

We are looking for ambitious, driven and energetic Sales Representatives to join our team in Side. This is a performance-based role where your passion, persistence and hunger for sales will directly impact your earnings.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively approaching and converting new customers
selling excursions, activities, and experiences both in and around the shop
driving foot traffic by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through promotions, flyers and local collaborations
achieving and exceeding sales targets
contributing ideas and initiatives to help the team reach even higher results
handling objections with confidence, persistence and positivity
representing Tantur Turizm with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism

Requirements:

Ambitious
competitive
motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
a natural people person who enjoys engaging, persuading and closing deals
confident and persuasive
ability to sell on the spot
creative and solution-focused
resilient under pressure
fluent in English
eligible to work in Türkiye
