Job Description:

We are looking for ambitious, driven and energetic Sales Representatives to join our team in Marmaris. This is a performance-based role where your passion, persistence and hunger for sales will directly impact your earnings. The job involves proactively approaching and converting new customers, selling excursions, activities, and experiences both in and around the shop, driving foot traffic by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and representing Tantur Turizm professionally. You will receive support in the form of training and career growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively approaching and converting new customers
selling excursions, activities, and experiences both in and around the shop
driving foot traffic by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through promotions, flyers, and local collaborations
achieving and exceeding sales targets
contributing ideas and initiatives to help the team reach even higher results
handling objections with confidence, persistence, and positivity
representing Tantur Turizm with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Requirements:
