Job Description:

Kitchen Tune-Up Farmington Hills, Michigan is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist. We provide kitchen remodeling services in Farmington Hills and surrounding communities. Our distinct offerings include Cabinet Restoration, Painting, Refacing, Redooring and Custom Cabinets. This is base salary plus commission, in-home sales position with company provided leads.

Job Responsibility:

  • Meet mutually agreed-upon sales goals
  • Conduct compelling virtual and in-home appointments by effectively following the KTU proven sales process
  • Represent the KTU brand positively & conduct activities professionally
  • Diligently manage the lead flow and pre-qualification process
  • Utilize KTU data and the internal network for sales & marketing activities
  • Represent KTU Farmington Hills at social networking meetings, community activities, and home shows
  • Foster outside lead generation, apart from the franchise activities (additional 5% commission)
  • Regularly communicate with the franchise owner and installers
  • Maintain frequent communications with prospects and customers and provide prompt response to any issues
  • Stay informed of industry news, new product offers, competitive activities and other developments

Requirements:

  • Organizational skills, maintenance of schedules, and the ability to set priorities
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take measurements and create simple, legible drawings
  • Computer, tablet, and smartphone proficiency
  • Willingness to learn and be coached
  • Ability to write a detailed proposal for work to be performed and materials required during the sales call
  • Social media savvy
  • Dependability and an exceptional work ethic
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check

Nice to have:

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Michigan Residential Builder's Sales License a plus
