As part of Baxter's sales team, responsible for new business, developing existing accounts, and ensuring a patient-centric approach. Focus on Advanced Surgery products and therapies to meet patient and business needs.
Job Responsibility:
Driving new account development and/or expanding existing accounts
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers
Developing and implementing sales strategies
Ensuring product usage through surgical suite presence and educational presentations
Monitoring product sales
Attending regional and local surgical conferences
Providing feedback on product simplification and standardization
Collaborating with other sales representatives
Creating and promoting marketing events
Full responsibility for sales targets
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in surgical specialties
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
Proven sales performance
Collaboration and Teamwork
Business Acumen
Communication skills
Customer Focus
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years of relevant medical device/healthcare sales experience within an operating room environment
Valid driver’s license
Must reside in Cluj-Napoca or North Romania for close proximity to customers

Experience with product simplification and standardization
