Job Description:

We are seeking tourism professionals to join our team of Sales Reps in Jamaica. This role involves creating special moments for guests, promoting and selling travel experiences, and collaborating with colleagues worldwide. Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests and make them feel welcome
engage with guests to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations
promote and sell experiences to meet sales targets
handle changes and challenges effectively
collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners
monitor sales, guest feedback, and service updates
celebrate successes in sales and problem-solving.

Requirements:

Hold a driving license and fully conversational in English
dedicated to making guests happy by creating unforgettable experiences
a quick learner with enthusiasm for new knowledge
highly motivated and target-driven with a positive mindset
capable of resolving issues creatively and remaining calm under pressure
able to communicate effectively both face-to-face and online
additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have:

Additional European language
enthusiasm for new knowledge
ability to present confidently in front of an audience
experience in tourism.

What we offer:

Starting salary of $9,000 USD gross annually
earned commission on top of salary
