The Sales & Project Manager – Technical Sales will play a strategic role in managing the entire sales and project cycle, contributing to the development of the company's business and IT solutions. They will report directly to the Sole Director and will coordinate the sales functions, the territorial team, the Tenders and Procurement Office, and the Executive Sales Office. They will also be responsible for comprehensive project management, with a focus on software solutions and SaaS products, ensuring quality, timely implementation, and proper implementation.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate sales, marketing, sales, and distribution strategies
Propose pricing, discounts, promotions, and incentives to be submitted to the CEO
Expand and coordinate the sales network and the regional sales team
Supervise the Executive Sales Office and the Tenders and Procurement Office
Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Coordinate the development team and manage end-to-end software projects
Monitor quality, performance, and adherence to project deadlines
Manage the lifecycle of ICT solutions, from conception to release
Provide technical and commercial support to sales, particularly for SaaS products
Manage public sector tender processes (document preparation, execution, compliance)
Give technical and functional presentations to customers and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience in software sales roles (SaaS and non-SaaS)
Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems
Professional working level English
ICT and software project management skills
Familiarity with sales processes and offer management
