Job Description:

The S&OP Intern will support the S&OP Manager in daily operational tasks for our European markets, helping ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and finance teams. This internship provides hands‑on experience in sales operations planning within an international and fast-paced automotive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the preparation of sales forecasts and analysis of order bank and pipeline data
  • Assist with weekly/monthly sales reporting and inventory analysis to maintain clear visibility of order intake, retail/wholesale progress and stock levels across European markets
  • Support in in preparing production forecast inputs and ensuring timely data submission in internal systems
  • Assist with market analysis of JATO data and customer order analysis, such as configuration mix or take‑rate trends
  • Coordinate with colleagues in European sales offices, logistics, finance, and dealer networks on operational follow‑ups
  • Prepare PowerPoint slides and short summaries for business reviews and weekly alignment meetings
  • Help identify process or reporting improvement opportunities and general ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple small tasks
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with international colleagues

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) language
  • Knowledge of or interest in the automotive industry
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualisation tools
