The South Pacific and Singapore Country Planner role is very critical. This position directly supports HPEN South Pacific and Singapore leadership and nearly 80 sales representatives by driving accurate quota setting, coverage assignment, sales crediting, business analytics, weekly forecasting cadences (for SG) and other ops related tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a business partner for APJ Aruba, supporting country leadership & field sales team including South Pacific and Singapore
Drive Quota Setting Processes (incl. eMDM Entity Management: manage Entity request for Creation, modification, Party alignment) that aligned with the Aruba business strategy
SME for sales compensation tools, processes and systems. Facilitate & resolve SCO related issues raised by the managers & sales e.g., manual claims, wrong/missing account assignments etc.
Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of sales processes, identifying and leveraging best practice in support of delivering the sales strategy
Support the sales team with operational needs relating to new hire onboarding, tool trainings, process guidance, etc.
Quota Deployment & Anaplan Setup (Annual sales readiness cycle & Ad-Hoc request on the new employees or any change management)
Provision of high quality, on time business analytics (reporting and insights) to the Aruba Management team, both regular reports and ad-hoc analysis
Facilitate Country Forecasting process to support Country Manager on Forecasting cadences, analysis and weekly submissions
Support continuous improvement of Pipeline, including data quality, working closely with Geo based teams
Develop and nurture a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork (across entire Aruba family) and knowledge sharing across all relevant teams and functions
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in an Operational role
Commercially aware and enjoy interacting with cross functional teams across an organization
A strong business mindset is key, with a ‘run to the fire’ attitude
