Job Responsibility:
Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining loyalty to Marriott
determine and give complementaries as gifts
promote brand image internally and externally
process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
assist management in training and motivating employees
serve as a role model
follow company policies and procedures
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
welcome and address guests’ needs
prepare and review written documents accurately and completely
develop positive working relationships with others
monitor performance of others to ensure quality standards
perform general office duties for Sales & Marketing
perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
no supervisory experience required.
