Job Description:

This is a temporary full-time role for a Sales Manager in Woolwich, UK, responsible for driving sales strategies, building relationships, and ensuring successful events for a three-month term. Must be passionate about sales and cultural experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to maximise sales and event bookings
building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
identifying new business opportunities to enhance our offerings and reach wider audiences
collaborating with marketing and events teams to create engaging promotional campaigns
analysing sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
leading and motivating a small team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the events industry
a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
strong analytical skills to assess performance and develop actionable strategies
a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
a positive attitude and a passion for live events and cultural experiences
