We are seeking a Sales Manager based in Dubai, UAE, to drive our sales initiatives across the GCC (excluding KSA). This is an individual contributor role focused on selling our Conversational AI and Intelligence solutions for Customer Service. You will primarily build and scale a pipeline through ecosystem partners (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, etc.) and system integrators, while also selling directly to customers when appropriate. You will actively engage end customers to influence decisions, even when purchases are fulfilled via partners. A deep understanding of Contact Centre AI technologies and vision is essential.
Job Responsibility:
Build and manage pipeline via partners and system integrators, leveraging ecosystem relationships across the GCC (excluding KSA)
Engage directly with customers to shape requirements and influence buying decisions, regardless of fulfilment route (partner or direct)
Act as a hunter by proactively sourcing opportunities through outbound efforts, personal networks, partners, and industry visibility
Own the end-to-end sales cycle with enterprise and mid-market customers, including prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
Sell AI-powered, cloud-based Conversational AI and Intelligence solutions, clearly articulating business value, ROI, and competitive differentiation
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across CX, IT, Operations, and C-level functions
Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
Requirements:
Proven B2B enterprise sales experience in AI, SaaS, or contact centre technologies
Strong knowledge and experience in Contact Centre AI, including capabilities, roadmap, and market trends
Demonstrated success building business through partner ecosystems and system integrators, alongside direct sales when needed
Established network and market visibility, such as relationships within Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or similar ecosystems
Hands-on, driven, actively selling profile at mid-senior level
Arabic-speaking, based in Dubai with deep knowledge of the GCC market (excluding KSA), strong English communication skills, and willingness to travel as needed
