Job Description:

The Sales Manager at The Dali EDITION will be responsible for utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue, resolving guest requests, and promoting the Marriott brand. The role involves general office duties, assisting management, and maintaining quality standards while delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
promote awareness of brand image
process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
assist management in training and motivating employees
monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
