The Sales Manager Is Responsible For Generating New Business And Maintaining Existing Accounts To Maximize Hotel Revenue, With A Focus On Corporate, Group, Leisure, And Local Market Segments. Conduct Hotel Tours And Client Presentations To Promote The Property And Brand
Maintain Strong Relationships With Existing Clients To Encourage Repeat Business
Negotiate Rates And Contracts Within Established Guidelines
Ensure Accurate And Timely Follow-Up On All Sales Leads And Inquiries
Collaborate With The General Manager, Revenue Management, And Operations Teams To Achieve Revenue Goals
Assist In Developing And Executing The Annual Sales And Marketing Plan
Monitor Market Trends, Competitor Activity, And Demand Generators
Maintain Accurate Records In The Property’s CRM And Sales Systems
Prepare Weekly Sales Activity Reports, Forecasts, And Pipeline Updates
Participate In Sales Meetings, Brand Calls, And Training Sessions
Represent The Holiday Inn Brand Professionally At All Times

Requirements:
Minimum 2 Years Of Hotel Sales Experience (Full-Service Or Select-Service Preferred)
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Goals
Strong Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills
Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Priorities
Proficiency With Hotel Sales Systems, CRM Tools, And Microsoft Office
Nice to have:
Prior Experience With IHG Brands
