We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in plastic products manufacturing and packaging solutions. The Sales Manager plays a key role in formulating and executing strategies to meet revenue goals for the company’s product offerings. This position entails managing major customer accounts, uncovering new sales opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and guiding the sales team to meet performance expectations aligned with the company's objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Create and drive sales plans that boost product sales and grow market presence
Seek out and develop new business opportunities, including local and international markets
Nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to support satisfaction and loyalty
Analyze market conditions, competitor behavior, and industry trends to identify growth prospects
Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met
Deliver regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and budget updates to senior management
Handle pricing negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable deals
Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets
Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions, and trade events
Ensure compliance with internal policies, including credit management and payment terms
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience
Availability for regular business travel
Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries
