Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in pigments manufacturing services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, forecast, and report on sales performance, while preparing the annual budget and monthly sales forecasts for production planning
  • Manage finished goods inventory by monitoring stock levels, controlling stock aging, and ensuring acceptable turnover rates
  • Drive market expansion by visiting customers and providing weekly reports to the General Manager
  • Take responsibility for attaining budgeted sales quantities and provide decisive solutions to meet company objectives
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Sales Department
  • Maintain proactive communication channels with customers and various internal departments
  • Liaise and meet with subcontractors as necessary to support business and organizational development
  • Attend daily departmental meetings to highlight important issues and promote work improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience
  • Availability for regular business travel
  • Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills
