Sales Leader for Central Canada - Aruba role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. This is a remote/teleworker position where you will primarily work from home. HPE Networking will unleash the power of the combined HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper Networking solutions. The Sales Leader for Central Canada is a key role in the success of HPE Networking in Canada who will lead the team by strategically selling, enabling, and executing a comprehensive GTM strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the team by strategically selling, enabling, and executing a comprehensive GTM strategy
Manage employees, resources, or projects across different BU's
Manage moderate to large quotas dependent on region complexity, including operating profit targets
Participate and influence in investment decisions, pricing decision, and resource allocation
Builds well targeted business plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities
Assist in planning sales strategy
Manage the internal processes in support of sales reps and selling activities
Build, monitor and orchestrate sales pipelines
Review deals to ensure soundness and problem-free processing
Orchestrate the development of strategic sales plans
Use competitive intelligence in account planning and sales activities
Lead effectively in a complex and political environment
Develop and exercise a deep understanding of business dynamics within area of control
Approach selling from a business solution perspective
Develop methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization
Assess and manage employee performance
Model effective selling skills
Nurture and advance the talent required
Strengthen the alignment of account-team activities and priorities with management's business mission and goals
Ensure that sales reps are trained on corporate tools and systems
Understand the overall company strategic direction and portfolio

Requirements:
Related sales management experience and work results including success in achieving progressively higher quota or other sales related goals
Demonstrated level of project management skills
University or Bachelor's degree
