Job Description:

The Sales Executive at Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur Tonk Road will be responsible for handling guest calls, using sales techniques to maximize revenue, promoting brand awareness, processing reservations, and performing general office duties. The role also involves assisting in training and motivating employees, following company policies, and maintaining professional standards.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote awareness of brand image
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
