Job Description:

The Sales Executive role at Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mandaue City involves performing sales-related tasks while supporting the Sales & Marketing team, including resolving guest concerns, processing reservations, and up-selling. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining customer satisfaction and brand loyalty while supporting team goals in a professional and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting appropriate departments
use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
determine and offer complimentary services such as rewards points or gift certificates
process reservations, changes, and cancellations
perform general office duties such as filing, sending emails, and typing
promote and maintain brand image internally and externally
monitor team performance and ensure quality standards
prepare and review written documents accurately
maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
move and handle objects of up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification required
ability to use sales techniques that maximize revenue
ability to process reservations and requests accurately
proficiency in general office duties such as filing, emailing, and faxing
ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
ability to communicate professionally in writing and speech
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
