Teradyne has an opportunity for an Account Manager/Sales Engineer to support our Tier 1 customer base in Dallas, TX. This role is pivotal in managing and growing relationships with key semiconductor customers, aligning customer needs with Teradyne’s strategic goals.
Job Responsibility:
Lead customer engagement and advocacy while aligning with Teradyne’s objectives
Develop and implement strategic sales plans using advanced sales tools and processes
Collaborate with global customer teams and Teradyne’s worldwide sales organization
Build and maintain relationships across all levels of customer and internal teams
Support business growth by identifying opportunities and managing competitive sales processes
Partner with customers to align product roadmaps and forecast bookings
Requirements:
BSEE or equivalent work experience
MBA a plus
5+ years of industry experience, ideally with capital equipment in the semiconductor industry
2+ years of customer-facing experience
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
Highly empathetic to customer needs
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience managing global customer teams and working independently
Soft skill (individual): Empathy and strong communication
Soft skills (team): Leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across global teams
Must be able to carry auto liability or minimum insurance due to automotive responsibilities
