Job Responsibility

Effectively and quickly respond to inbound inquiries and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) via phone, email, and chat
Qualify leads based on customer fit, business needs, and buying signals
Guide prospects through the early stages of their journey, delivering a positive first impression of Constant Contact
Coordinate and schedule meetings with Account Executives (AEs) to move qualified leads further down the funnel
Maintain a high speed-to-lead response time and actively monitor lead queues and routing
Make at least 75 outbound calls per day (while maintaining an omni-channel approach) to target accounts, re-engagement lists, and dormant customers
Activate net-new and existing clients by clearly communicating the value of Constant Contact’s platform
Overcome objections and build trust with prospects through consultative outreach
Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
Reignite underutilized or inactive accounts with relevant messaging and value-driven engagement

A strong academic background with superb written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Cold Outreach using multi channels (email, LinkedIn, calls etc)

Project Management and research skills

Job Responsibility

Conduct cold outreach via email (leveraging sales engagement tool), LinkedIn, phone calls, and other digital channels to engage potential customers
Research and identify ideal client profiles and target accounts using lead generation tools and databases
Qualify leads through discovery calls and initial interactions to assess their needs and fit for our solutions
Set up meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads
Maintain and update the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate lead information and outreach activities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Track and analyze outreach performance metrics, including response rates and conversion rates, to optimize strategies
Analyze sales data to identify trends and key points
Support Account Plans build, including stakeholder management mapping, pursuit plans
Nurture prospects who might not be open for immediate opportunities, keeping them engaged for future opportunities
