We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads, initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients, and help drive revenue growth in the B2B segment in US market. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound prospecting, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT outsourcing industry.
Job Responsibility:
Researching and identifying target accounts and potential clients across the US B2B market
Conducting outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate interest and build pipeline
Qualifying leads via discovery calls by understanding business needs, challenges, and decision criteria
Scheduling meetings and product/service demos for the sales team with relevant stakeholders and decision-makers
Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring timely updates on outreach activities, lead status, and next steps
Collaborating with sales and marketing to refine messaging, improve outreach sequences, and optimize conversion
Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform outreach and positioning
Staying available for client calls during core US business hours (8am–5pm EST) as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
experience in IT outsourcing or software development services is preferred
ERP-related services is a plus
strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC)
hands-on experience with sales tools such as Pipedrive, Lemlist, HubSpot, Salesforce, and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
high attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry, CRM hygiene, and reporting
ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and consistently follow through on activity goals
fluent English (written and spoken)
flexible schedule with demand to be available for calls with clients between 9am-2pm MST
Nice to have:
