Job Responsibility:
Be responsible for all stages of the lead generation process from research to qualification
Conduct research and identify high-potential prospects at mid-market and enterprise sized companies
Research leads via CRM, LinkedIn, social media and 3rd party tools
Develop and execute strategies for outreach and outbound sales to generate leads
Qualify and schedule calls and demos to prospective leads
Interact with leads via email, phone and social media to gather information, qualify fit and generate interest in our service offerings
Educate leads on our business model, differentiators and processes
Manage all inbound leads ensuring every lead is followed up on
Help build and maintain a healthy and successful opportunity pipeline
Rigorously log all data into the company CRM
Requirements:
2+ years experience working as a sales development representative looking to progress their career as a sales representative
Be able to achieve and exceed monthly quotas of meetings booked
Be willing and able to learn new tools and software for outreach and reporting
Be willing and able to be coached on how to sell to leads and nurture leads into opportunities
Excellent spoken and written English. You must be a creative writer and a fantastic communicator
