Job Responsibility:
Lead and expand a high-performing team of 8 SDRs who consistently exceed ambitious goals and are on track to become future AEs
own and drive new business pipeline targets by analyzing top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue impact across Enterprise and Major segments
foster strong partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to collaborate on new campaigns and field events, meet ambitious pipeline goals, optimize business efficiency, accelerate ramp-up time, and build deep knowledge of the Snowflake domain within your team
attract, recruit, develop, and retain top-notch SDR talent
coach and guide SDRs to develop into high-performing Corporate Account Executives
lead by inspiration, with a focus on a “Results-Driven” approach, emphasizing servant leadership and impact.
Requirements:
Bring 2–5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of guiding high-performing, pipeline-driven, and closing teams in a rapidly expanding tech environment
are passionate about attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining outstanding talent early in their sales and management careers
feel a strong sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and enthusiasm for your work
possess the strategic vision to build a team, combined with the tactical ability to drive daily execution
are known for your collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable approach with cross-functional teams
have a data-driven mindset, are highly analytical, influence through structured thinking, and excel at making decisions based on metrics
