Job Responsibility:

  • Positioning the company’s products and/or services via telephone and text channels, with well-qualified leads and target prospects
  • Generating prospective customers through cold calling and qualifying leads
  • Managing the handover of qualified leads to the Field and/or Inside Sales team for close
  • Mailing marketing/sales literature to prospective clients
  • Keeping up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive posture of the company
  • Enhancing awareness in the targeted business community of the company and its products/services
  • Preparing activity and forecast reports
  • Demonstrating the value propositions of our products and services and working in a collaborative team environment with the local Sales and wider Sales Development functions
  • Effectively manage high volumes of leads and prospects within Salesforce.com and Salesloft, to accurately and efficiently process all opportunities
  • Excelling at qualifying each prospect to ensure the right level of follow through and commitment
  • Attending industry events where required to drive data capture and engagement

Requirements:

  • German Language, spoken and written at Native or C1 level minimum
  • Experience with working in a multi-team collaborative environment
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com and Salesloft is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over achievement
  • Lead generation or sales experience a strong plus
  • Selling eCommerce-focused solutions
  • The ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter are vital to this role
