Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement the indirect sales strategy for Japan
Build and manage relationships with key system integrators and consultancy firms
Collaborate with the marketing team on sales enablement materials and programs
Train channel partners on the managed services portfolio
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Report on sales performance and key metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in indirect sales, preferably in the managed services industry
Proven success in achieving sales targets through channel partners
Strong understanding of the Japanese market and business culture
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
