Job Description:

Position available at The Shanghai EDITION for Sales Coordinator. Duties include supporting Sales & Marketing, preparing sales documents, promoting the brand, and answering client and guest questions. Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
gather materials and assemble information packages
use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales process software
answer guest questions about property facilities or services
serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and email
follow company policies and procedures
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience.
