Job Responsibility:
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Gather materials and assemble information packages

Answer guest questions about property facilities or services
Serve as the point of contact for clients
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with office tools and software
Ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
