Job Description:

The role involves supporting the Sales & Marketing department of Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort by performing general office tasks, preparing sales documents, and assisting with guest inquiries. The Sales Coordinator will ensure a professional image of the brand, maintain positive client relations, and meet quality assurance standards.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
gather materials and assemble information packages
answer guest questions about property facilities, services, and promotions
serve as the point of contact for clients and respond to their questions and requests
maintain positive working relationships with team members
comply with quality assurance standards
follow company policies and maintain professional appearance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
proficiency in general office duties (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying)
communication skills to speak with others using clear and professional language
ability to prepare and review written documents accurately and completely
basic computer skills to enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software
ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
professional appearance
ability to anticipate and address guests' service needs
capability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and meet quality assurance expectations.

Nice to have:

Ability to use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
familiarity with sales processes such as preparing proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders.
