Job Description:

Perform office support duties for Sales & Marketing; handle sales-related documents and promote brand awareness; communicate with clients and respond to inquiries; uphold professional standards and comply with company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Gather materials and assemble information packages
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Enter and verify information in sales software
Answer guest questions about property facilities and services
Serve as the contact point for clients, answering questions and responding to requests
Follow company policies and procedures
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Welcome and address guests' service needs
Speak in clear and professional language
Prepare and review written documents
Answer telephones with proper etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Support team to reach common goals
Comply with quality assurance standards
Move and handle objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
