Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island will perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, prepare sales-related documents, promote brand awareness, and ensure the delivery of the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton. The role involves maintaining professional relationships, complying with quality assurance standards, and performing other reasonable job duties as requested.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Gather materials and assemble information packages
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services
Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
