Supports the sales function in an administrative capacity – including Golden Sales & Catering – based in Bangkok.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with guest inquires within the Sales and Conference Services Department, including assisting 2-3 Sales Managers with daily tasks
Support dissemination wholesale contracts and promotions, and tracking production
Liaison with assigned Sales Managers to document tasks including issuing vouchers, creating room reservations, providing barter contracts to key partners, etc
Assist with administrative functions of property-based Conference Services & Sales Manager including banquet menus, inventory, proposals and tracking of events
Maintain health of Golden Sales & Catering and Hotel Audit Dashboard on all aspects of platform
Liaison with Sales Manager, Reservations and Revenue teams to ensure groups are linked accurately with proper flow within all systems
Review RFPs and ensure they are re-assigned, linked appropriately
Review groups to maintain cut-offs and due dates, lost business report, coding, assignment, tagging, BEO checks and other aspects that support platform health. Report on monthly, quarterly and annual group production, input into respective platform, liaison with credit manager to include attrition, cancellations, adjustments accordingly
Follow-up on PMS integration tasks. Update platform with relevant documents that support Sales
Keep Department Head fully informed of all matters so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate
Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee
Requirements:
