This role is for a talented and competitive Sales Call Center Representative who wants to start a career with a rapidly growing company. This role plays an important role in achieving our ambitious patient acquisition and revenue growth objectives by working as a Sales Call Center Representative.
Job Responsibility:
Contact and qualify prospective patients
Understand patient needs and requirements and articulate Oak Street’s unique proposition
Understand Medicare Basics and insurance (or be coachable)
Schedule initial doctor’s appointments with new patients and achieve daily/weekly/monthly quotas
Other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
Entry level sales or customer service experience is a plus
Comfortable in a base + bonus salary structure
Proficient with learning new technology and communication tools
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred
Excellent listening and communications skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Coachable and a desire to learn a new industry
High School diploma or equivalent required

US work authorization
