Now, our beautiful store in Bicester Village is looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to help us deliver moments of delight to every customer who walks through our doors. As a Sales Associate, you will be the warm, welcoming face of our iconic brand. You’ll create memorable experiences for our customers, sharing your knowledge of our luxury products - from teas and hampers to confectionery and seasonal favourites - and ensuring our standards of excellence shine through in everything you do.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide impeccable, personalised service to every customer

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer‑facing roles (luxury retail a plus)
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, luxury, and exceptional service
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and seasonal peak periods
