Sales Associate

• Actively approach customers who require additional help
• identify customer needs by asking questions and advise on best solutions for their homes
• ensure the shop is in excellent shape, fully and efficiently stocked with merchandising basics in place
• ensure the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers
• use different IKEA sales and communication channels effectively
• keep the area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked
• convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits to share with customers and colleagues.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• experience in home furnishing is a plus
• passion for selling, reaching goals, and getting the best for IKEA customers
• highly interested in home furnishing, people’s life at home, and the IKEA product range
• capable of quickly developing in-depth knowledge of the local market and business conditions
• understanding of the local market and competition, store operations, range presentation, and in-store logistics the IKEA way
• enjoys working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment that focuses on people's everyday life at home.
