Job Description:

This Associate role's main responsibility is to ensure an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping and buying experience that leads to increased sales and sustained long-term profitability. He/she also ensures satisfied customers, develop and execute sales steering and selling the IKEA way.

Job Responsibility:

ensure an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping and buying experience
ensure satisfied customers
develop and execute sales steering and selling the IKEA way
actively approach customers
identify their needs
advise them on the best solutions for their homes
ensure the shop is in excellent shape
understand how to use the different IKEA sales and communication channels
keep your area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked
convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits

Requirements:

experience in a fast-paced retail environment
experience in home furnishing is a plus
passion for selling
highly interested in home furnishing
capable of quickly developing in-depth knowledge of the local market and business conditions
understanding of the local market and competition
enjoyment of working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment

Nice to have:

experience in home furnishing
