Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Woodland Hills, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by engaging with clients and supporting the sales process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build strong, detail-oriented connections and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and connect with law firms interested in expanding their business to explore partnership opportunities
Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client objectives, challenges, and business needs
Create and deliver customized presentations and sales pitches that align with client-specific requirements
Maintain accurate and organized records of interactions and progress using CRM tools
Cultivate and manage leads through ongoing communication and relationship-building efforts
Assist in preparing proposals, drafting contracts, and supporting the onboarding of new clients
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client data and interactions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle data processing tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

Nice to have:

Experience working in the legal industry as a legal clerk, legal receptionist, etc.
Experience in preparing proposals and contracts
Familiarity with answering inbound calls and addressing client inquiries effectively
