Job Description:

IKEA Sheffield are looking to welcome part-time Sales Assistants to join our passionate team. Are you a people person with a passion for home furnishings? Job Responsibility:

Your priority is the customer experience, focusing on enhancing sales and ensuring stock availability while maintaining an organised, tidy shopping environment and preparing for the next day's delivery
Provide a memorable shopping experience - by approaching the customer to identify their needs, advise them on ideal solutions for their life at home and improve their shopping experience. Bring your personality to work
Manual handling and heavy lifting of various stock safety
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers

Requirements:

Previous experience is not essential
all you will need is the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment
You are computer literate and able to work with technology
Approachable to support the customers
Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail
Self motivated and confident to make decisions independently to support the customer & business needs
