Sales Assistant

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to understand market pricing trends and secure competitive sales
• Meet or exceed sales and capture rate goals established by management
• Review and validate customer purchase orders to ensure compliance with standard and negotiated terms
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by engaging with them before and after sales
• Identify opportunities to broker deals that strengthen customer relationships and maximize sales potential

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of motivation
• Proven capability to deliver exceptional and responsive customer support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with customer portals, quoting processes, and market pricing dynamics is a plus
