Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside the store team, collaboratively supporting the Store Manager in delivering sustainable and profitable sales growth
  • Contribute to store targets, driving innovative yet effective sales with decorative paints and sundry items
  • Identify potential new customers, establish positive relationships and open customer accounts regularly
  • Serve a customer base from passing one-off customers through to builders and trades people

Requirements:

  • Strong sales experience, ideally within a retail background
  • Excellent customer service
  • Competence in the delivery of sales targets
