Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Boutique Sales Associate to join our clients flagship boutique. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales and service KPIs, and cultivating brand loyalty through expert product knowledge and beauty services. This role also involves supporting visual merchandising, planning in-store events, and collaborating closely with retail and head office teams in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide an exceptional and consistent experience for every customer
  • Actively promote store promotions and offers
  • Capture customer emails to build ongoing brand relationships
  • Answer product inquiries with detailed knowledge and personalised recommendations
  • Support opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain brand standards by ensuring a clean, organised sales floor, cash wrap, and backroom
  • Execute all visual merchandising directives accurately and on schedule

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of retail experience preferred
  • Passionate about beauty and cosmetics, with strong product knowledge
  • Enthusiastic about customer engagement and sales
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
