Job Description:

Responsible for developing and optimizing high-quality, trend-driven content that strengthens brand presence and drives engagement. Requires strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook Ads) and digital campaign management, along with advanced skills in professional photography, videography, and content editing. Must demonstrate analytical ability to interpret campaign performance data and continuously improve strategies. Staying ahead of digital trends and producing compelling, impactful content are essential for success.

Job Responsibility:

Developing and optimizing high-quality, trend-driven content
managing day-to-day activities for social media channels
establishing long-range objectives and specifying strategies
managing active and engaged communities
monitoring online conversations
participating in online conversations to build brand visibility
establishing a positive online presence for the hotels
providing measurement of online presence impact
reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets
welcoming and addressing guest needs
building positive working relationships
complying with quality assurance standards
performing other job duties as requested

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook Ads) and digital campaign management
advanced skills in professional photography, videography, and content editing
analytical ability to interpret campaign performance data and improve strategies
staying ahead of digital trends
at least 2 years of related work experience
