Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking to join a dynamic and market-leading organisation? Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support their busy sales team. The position is full-time, offering a salary circa £28,000 PA and a set of attractive benefits.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and issue customer quotations based on sales team input
Maintain up-to-date price lists and sales literature
Generate sales and booking reports
Perform general administrative tasks (calls, post, filing, reception)
Coordinate mailshots and data exports
Manage product and pricing data within the CRM system
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong time management and organisational skills
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (advantageous - training provided)
High attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
