Office Angels is partnering with a manufacturing and retail client in Dunblane to recruit a Sales Administrator. Due to the location, access to your own transport is preferred. This role suits someone from a process-driven environment, ideally with customer service experience and familiarity with Sage 50 or similar finance software for tasks such as invoicing and dispatch notes.
Job Responsibility:
Issuing purchase orders
Processing sales orders
Daily maintenance of commercial system and dealing with incoming enquiries
Answering incoming calls regarding shipments and deliveries
Printing, collating and maintaining documents
Getting orders ready for delivery ensuring all relevant shipping/delivery documentation is compliant
Diary management
Managing electronic filing system and control of emails
Ensuring compliance is met in line with all company standards and procedures
Requirements:
High level of IT literacy - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Sage 50 experience (desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible and adaptable to change
Previous experience in a commercial/technical administration role
Excellent attention to detail is critical
Nice to have:
Previous experience in technical/distribution environment
