Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team on Medway City Estate. As a Sales Administrator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Handling incoming calls and emails from new and existing customers to discuss products and place orders, Inputting client order details with accuracy onto the in-house CRM system, Checking stock levels on system, producing reports and allocating to orders, Creating picking sheets for the warehouse team.

Requirements:
Experience in order processing and sales administration
Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone and in person
Strong computer literacy skills
Available to start at short notice
