Job Description:

Are you a driven and motivated account manager, business development, or sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships? We're hiring a Sales & Account Executive to join our client's passionate sales team in Gateshead! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a role that blends customer care, inbound and outbound engagement, and strategic support to drive business success.

Job Responsibility:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to identify needs, generate business, and grow existing accounts
Identify and recommend relevant products/services
Qualify and follow up leads to exceed sales targets
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
Support Business Development Managers and marketing campaigns
Manage CRM records and respond to inbound queries
Process quotes, pricing requests, and monthly sales reports
Apply global pricing strategies
Provide first-line technical support (with help from our experts!)
Always deliver outstanding customer service

Requirements:

Proven experience in internal sales or account management
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Technical aptitude and great communication
CRM and Office 365 proficiency
Organised, process-driven, and a true team player
Positive, proactive attitude and a drive to succeed
