Job Responsibility:

  • Build a reusable repository of readymade use cases along with necessary documentation
  • Drive Customer Proof of concept implementations and ensure successful delivery of use cases
  • Guide the team on solution design deployment and implementation
  • Prepare requirement specifications and design documentation
  • Mentoring the team to provide technical solutions for Business and IT driven projects
  • Providing engineering and design support to IDM team
  • Engaging with business teams to understand and propose IDM solutions
  • Driving a process driven culture
  • Recognizing and focusing on critical issues balance multiple tasks and respond to competing needs within the organization
  • Developing operational and executive dashboards for various IDM service offerings
  • Mentoring Engineers working on Architecture Development and Support
  • Collaborate with existing and future managed service provider relationships and resources in the IAM/SAP security space
  • Build, test and rollout of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions in association with internal and external resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Higher Degree
  • Experience in designing enterprise or customer IDM Architecture with SailPoint IIQ and other IDM products
  • Strong experience in architecting IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ with green field setup and complex application onboarding
  • Experienced in implementation and execution of all foundation modules of SailPoint with advanced configuration
  • Strong hands on development skills in SailPoint
  • Must possess prior experience of having Architected Designed and Conceptualized IAM solutions for Multiple Customers
  • Experience in integrating with JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, SAP ERP, etc.
  • Experience in working on the proposal process including RFIs and RFPs
  • 5+ yrs. experience on the SailPoint IIQ
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Foundational knowledge of Identity Management technologies such as NetIQ, PingID, CA, Okta, AzureAD, SailPoint, RSA
