Job Description:

As a Safety & Security Supervisor at Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mactan, you will oversee and ensure the security and safety of property, assets, guests, and team members. You will lead incident management, respond to emergencies, and maintain the highest standards of safety protocols.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct key control audits
Monitor keys, radios, and beepers
Assist guests and resolve access issues
Respond to emergency situations and accidents
Document incidents in reports
Ensure work tasks are completed on time
Patrol property to resolve safety hazards
Assist management in training and motivating staff
Provide support to guests/employees in distress
Effectively communicate with team members and management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Ability to patrol all areas of the property
Ability to assist guests with room access
Knowledge of using Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems
Ability to respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR
Ability to report and resolve safety hazard situations
Ability to complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality
Ability to assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Proficiency in computer usage for work-related information
Strong communication skills to speak and write using clear and professional language.

Nice to have:

Experience in security roles
Supervisory training or experience
Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently.
