The Regional Vice President (RVP), Northeast is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and strategic direction of a company's business within a specific geographic region. This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader capable of driving growth and profitability while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement regional business strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities within the region and develop plans to capitalize on them
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior management to set performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversee the daily operations of the region, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services and products
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
  • Implement and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional management teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Identify and address training and development needs within the region
  • Encourage open communication and collaboration among team members to achieve regional and company goals
  • Build and maintain strong account relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Represent the company at regional industry events, conferences, and meetings
  • Monitor and evaluate regional performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management
  • Identify and address areas of underperformance, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the refreshment services industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing regional operations and driving business growth
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience with the ability to analyze data to make informed business decisions
  • Committed to achieving customer satisfaction and excellence with integrity and professionalism
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
