Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in the commercial furniture, architectural solutions, or commercial interior design industry
Mastery of technical concepts and modular systems (office structures, demountable walls)
Ability to use CAD software is essential
Degree in Architecture, Design, or a relevant technical field
Mandatory professional bilingualism (French/English, both written and oral)
Must demonstrate autonomy, a proactive spirit, and a strong sense of organization and attention to detail

Job Responsibility

Act as the technical expert for architectural products (modular walls, structures, systems) for architects and designers
Manage the complete client order lifecycle, from quotation to invoicing
Prepare, manage, and update technical documentation (specifications, CAD drawings) for large-scale projects
Proactively coordinate with sales teams, suppliers, and logistics to ensure the seamless execution of projects
Conduct regular visits to architecture/design firms and job sites (approximately 30% of the time)
Maintain client files and internal systems up-to-date
Contribute to the growth of the architectural solutions department
Ensure proactive follow-ups to maintain smooth and timely deliveries
