Job Description:

The RPA Intermediate Developer role is part of the RPA Production Support team in Foundational Services - Project Automation Delivery team within Citi. This person will be responsible for RPA Automation development and maintenance across FS and for the technical delivery of system design, development and maintenance activities using Python-based Selenium, Automation Anywhere (AA), and other available and approved tools.

Job Responsibility:

Design, development, tests and implementation of automated processes using Selenium, Automation Anywhere and other approved tools
Assessment of Automation method, verification of technical limitations and implementation of manual processes into Automated workflow
Development, configuration of new processes and maintenance of existing bots
Design conceptual architecture, technical solutions and lead efforts to develop, test and implement bots into production
Follow Automation Project milestones, monitoring adherence to project scope, requirements and design documents
Responsibility for Automation development and maintenance per development and SLA standards
Proactively addressing issues and risks that could impact project schedule and/or budget
Working collaboratively with stakeholders during system test and UAT phases
Partnering in project activities including work estimation, planning, stakeholder management and project quality
Partnering with cross-functional technology and design teams
Reporting status, issues and risks to tech leads
Supporting RPA delivery by assessing technical feasibility
Comply with Citi's design and coding standards, policies and procedures
Maintenance of existing RPA Use Cases
Communication with all stakeholders
Maintain weekly and monthly operating reports
Maintenance, redesign and fixes of existing automation solutions
Participation in process design
Project Team member (Waterfall, Agile)

Requirements:

Masters/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering
3+ years of experience in Python Selenium RPA
Automation Anywhere 11.x/360 development/maintenance (certification preferred)
Experience in leadership/coordination of Automation Development Projects is an advantage
Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SharePoint framework & SharePoint API experience is an advantage
Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
Demonstrated knowledge of operational process changes and improvement
Additional programming language is an advantage (C#, C++, Java, VBA)
Proven analytical skills

Nice to have:

Experience in leadership/coordination of Automation Development Projects
SharePoint framework & SharePoint API experience
Additional programming language (C#, C++, Java, VBA)
